CEO, IRP Group
When 6 years ago we set up the Institute of Regional Policy we believed the key expertise of the new institution would be the regional development issues. However in about six months we had to admit that this idea failed completely, and the organization we had built became a consulting firm with a substantial stock of orders focusing on the development of regional strategies, assisting the companies in formulating their spatial policies, structuring of the large investment projects, organizing economic forums and investment conferences. In this way we identified the three target markets for our company: Strategies, Investments and Communication. These are in fact three separate businesses, each of which could operate independently in its respective markets. However most of our clients value the comprehensive approach of our advisory staff capable of assisting in the high quality strategic planning, structuring a business deal, and organizing all necessary communications.

This prompted the transformation of the Institute of Regional Policy into the IRP Group!
